About Nikki Shay

Nicole Shaiovici AKA Nikki Shay is an indie-pop singer/songwriter based in New York. Born as an only child in a multicultural family, Nikki has always strived to stand out from the crowd. Her earliest memory was singing Britney Spears on a karaoke machine at 3 years old. As she grew older, she was drawn to  the Pop/Punk era, which later led to her love for a more  mainstream Pop sound.. Some of her favorites include, Bebe Rexha, Julia Michaels, and Annemarie. Soon after, her cover songs and videos quickly began gaining the attention of fans alike. Her highschool years inspired her to tell the stories of heartbreak, self-love and acceptance, through songwriting. 
Nikki’s breakout single “Never Really Mattered” quickly grew to over 250k streams in a short period of time. Listeners are pulled in from the start by her quirky and sassy grit. She is often admired for her Pop Culture and Street Style energy. By singing about her personal experiences, she is able to connect in a deeper and more meaningful way, while still having fun. Nikki believes no dream is ever too far out of reach, which is why pursuing her passion is so important to her. With over a dozen releases, Nikki is currently in the studio writing and recording her upcoming EP expected for release in Spring 2021.
